Because it is for free

On 25th, january 2020 I took a fly from Heathrow (London) to Hyderabad (the heart of India). Reaching…

Kanha Shanti Vanam the next day.

… Kanha Shanti Vanam the next day. Currently the biggest Ashram in the world, with space for over 35.000 people. We were practicing Heartfulness meditation.

Still so many people think meditation is just closing your eyes and wasting your time doing nothing. To those people I would say … please, open your mind, be humble enough at least to acknowledge that you don’t know it all, maybe it is not for you … maybe it is. Just try it with an open heart, judge it later.

I had many times since 2016 magic mushrooms, the experience was amazing. I can tell the same for MDMA, LSD, and Ayahuasca + San Pedro. All this not for fun, but for healing. I have the impression that we want to heal in a day what we have been growing for so many years, like going to the doctor just to get painkillers. For me meditation is a more natural way of healing day by day, with patience we can reach anywhere.

When Buddha was asked “What have you gained from meditation?” He replied, “Nothing. However, I have lost anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, and a fear of old age and death.”

You can have the app here and start just now. I will invite you to a fresh coconut next year in Hyderabad …

For only 50 rupees, a fresh coconut that tasted amazing.
